黃色 是「帝王之色」,這種色彩代表了「天德」 之美, 體現了古代對地神的崇拜。 藍色 是古代文人的顏色,有穩重、堅持、理想的感受。 - 臺大老欉阿薩姆紅茶

{ 山茶花 } 鳳凰山上有300多種山茶花,許多是臺灣原生種; 以山茶花為設計主題表達栽種地區, 加上高潔優雅的氣質,來表達臺大茶之獨特性。 臺大烏龍茶
{ 群山 } 以群山與雲霧裊繞來表達鳳凰山的景色; 在遼闊的山巒間,山嵐雲霧裊繞群峰, 恍若仙境,此意境也間接表達了茶的禪意。 臺大烏龍紅茶
{山與茶花 } 臺大烏龍茶與臺大老欉阿薩姆紅茶的主要視覺 分別為群山與山茶花, 臺大烏龍紅茶使用這兩個主題, 以拼接交錯方式來形成另一種畫面。 讓臺大茶的三支茶品有各自風味彼此又可串連一起。

Yellow is the "Color of the Emperor", symbolizing beauty of "Heavenly Virtues" and embodying the worshipping of Earth Deity during ancient times.. Blue is the color of the literati in antiquity, representing qualities such as composure, persistence and aspiration.

NTU Assam Tea (camellia): There are over 300 species of camellia on Mt. Fenghuang, many of them are native to Taiwan; Camellia is used as the design inspiration to draw association with the cultivating region. This is complemented by elegant, graceful demeanor to convey the uniqueness of NTU Tea.

NTU Oolong Tea (mountain range): Mountain range and wafting fog are elements used to depict the scenery of Mt. Fenghuang. The swirling cloud and mist on the vast mountaintop portray a paradise-like landscape. This concept also indirectly conveys a sense of Zen about tea.

NTU Oolong Black Tea (mountain and camellia): The main visual differentiation between NTU Oolong Tea and NTU Assam Tea are mountain range and camellia,these two themes are merged and applied to create a different image for NTU Oolong Black Tea.
